YOU MUST HAVE FIRM FAITH IN GURU AND PATIENCE IN YOURSELF TO GET GOOD SOLUTION FOR YOUR PROBLEMS, [ we should follow the teachings taught by the guru and the right path shown by the guru ( daily \ few days in a weak at least) , then only we can overcome all of our problems of our day to day life ]

HEALTH ( of all of us )
The health of the man depends upon the way of life he spend his daily routine and the conditions prevailing in surroundings where he lives or work most of the time of his life, if he work most of the time of his daily life away from the nature in air conditional room (for computerized work ) he will suffer ill health, and there are other factors that affect our health are mainly bad habits, wrong and unnatural way of living, some time strong likes and dislikes, anger, avarice, and other mental negative attitudes causes ill health to the individual, so if we understand the reasons and causes of ill health, we can easily take steps to cure it. so the most primary concern of the man is his health because health can give wealth, but wealth does not ensure good health,
if is better not to eat outside. if possible also avoid cold drinks, spicy, fried foods and no- vegetarian food, these foods interferes with our body system and cause health problems,
Health can be maintained by eating vegetarian food which is easily digested by our body system,
so we should live simple life, without involving in factors that may affect our health, as man's progress (worldly \ spiritual )and happiness depend solely upon his physical and mental \ emotional health, if his mental and emotional health is in controlled condition ( when one controls his desires i.e. anger\ ego\ avarice \ attachment\ and bad habits) then he automatically feels physically active and healthy.
So it is very important to be cautious about our health
wealth ( from income accumulated through arts \ science \ commerce \ etc. )
happiness ( from family members \ friends \ work \ hobby \ spirituality (peace of mind) \ etc.)
As already explained above the man's happiness solely depends upon his physical and mental\ emotional health, but man thinks that the happiness lies in the objects of the world he desires most but when he acquires that object he looses interest in it after some time even when he acquires his object for which he has lost his many days and nights for the fulfillment of his desired object and then he runs after another object ............. but his mind will be never satisfied with it, but instead of acquiring his object (whether he acquire it or not ) he will loose his mental \ emotional and physical health after running for desires of mind, so it is better to control our desires ( by way of meditation ) and be satisfied with what we already have then only one can attains true peace (of mind ) and happiness.
Happy is he whose wants are few, The fewer the wants, the happier the person. it is our our more wants \ desires that make us unhappy.
*- it is the way of thinking the one remains in the society, that society is not always to be balimed for any misbehaviour / miscondcut and thinking is always reverse side, so you can not blame always friendship / relatives / family memebrrs / superiors.
the one who lives in a particular society after marriage that society may differ with result the difference of opinion / conflict arises. Then the question arises of separation.
If one thinks in the mind that the separation is not the only solution one tries himself / herself to change its attitude of behaving or talking according to the circumstance prevailing in the house, but, both partners should learn to adjust and compromise with each other rather than fighting, or getting into arguments.
the comparision of one with the other or the expectation of something from other is not desirable as it may lead to frustration, jealousy and their ego is hurt, if their views differ with his / her parental house. so if you want to change any disturbing behaviour of your partner, it can be done by changing and adjusting yourself and not by trying to change your partner, as argument, criticism has never been the way to change a person, so both of the partners should share equal responsibilities for maintaing stability and happiness in relationship and support each other to live life peacefully for the good future of their family and society.
* - Every body is well aware about the bakground and the daily affairs as well as hiw own nature. wisemen has rightly said that even the moon has not been left by the nature, it has some drawback in the face, which every body can see also, looking to this drawback which is natural, so he \ she should make adustment according to the circumstance prevailing in his family \ home.
